On the morning of March 8, 2023, the visiting group first reached the National Design Centre of Singapore which is touted as a treasure trove of design exhibitions. Later, they visited Orcadesign to discuss and exchange ideas. Orcadesign is a human-centric, insight-driven innovation and design consultancy with studios in Singapore and Malaysia. With more than 30 years of experience in design and consumer research, Orcadesign has cooperated with over 200 global companies in different industries, such as Panasonic and Pigeon.
In the afternoon, the group arrived at Nanyang Technological University, visiting the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC) and Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP). It was an opportunity for an in-depth discussion with the specialists.
